Really nice location for this fuel station & convenience store on Beaver Dam's North side. This building is very well maintained and super clean. There's a very nice/large canopy over the pumps and a nice approach to the store entrance. Numerous updates have been completed in the last year. All annual testing, licenses and permits have been updated and completed. The sellers do very well ($$), if you know what I mean. (They own other businesses out of town and need to cut back somewhere). The list of most inclusions are listed under Documents. All coolers & freezers will be included.
